data-ogsb=\"\">Mobilizing<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"markzu1gqsw51\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">Tech<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"markxrt0bbcue\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">Talent<\/span>\u201d and \u201c<span class=\"markzu1gqsw51\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" class=\"markxrt0bbcue\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">Talent<\/span>&nbsp;Project identify top&nbsp;<span class=\"markzu1gqsw51\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">tech<\/span>nology and innovation leadership positions in government, the competencies these leaders and their teams need to be successful, advice for recruiting and hiring&nbsp;<span class=\"markzu1gqsw51\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">tech<\/span>nical experts,
