By the end of the program, participants will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Understand how emotional intelligence positively impacts and builds a more cohesive team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gain skills in creating mutual accountability and giving feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase their confidence in managing conflict and having difficult conversations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn strategies for motivating employees through challenging times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:41px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-time-commitment\">Time Commitment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The program includes 45-minutes of asynchronous pre-learning and 2 days of live programming. The in-person program runs 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET and the virtual program runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.
