By the end of the program, participants will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify how change and uncertainty are impacting your individuals, teams, and\/or organizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand how change-management strategies can support your team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate how mindset and communication create change-ready cultures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:41px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-time-commitment\">Time Commitment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The program includes 2 days of live programming and 45 minutes of prework. The in-person program runs 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET and the virtual program runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.
