Employers today are looking for candidates who not only have solid expertise but also show the <a href=\"https:\/\/ourpublicservice.org\/blog\/opportunities-to-lead-change-amid-turmoil-and-uncertainty-in-the-public-sector\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ability to adapt to changing environments and challenges<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Job seekers should focus on aspects within their control. This means cultivating a mindset geared toward continuous learning and growth.
