They also should have sufficient authority from their agencies to design and implement engagement initiatives at their organizations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Employees interested in participating should submit an <a href=\"https:\/\/ourpublicservice.org\/applications\/engagement-coordinator-collective-application\/\">application<\/a> or contact Ethan Carr at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:ECarr@ourpublicservice.org\">ECarr@ourpublicservice.org<\/a> to determine their eligibility.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Please note, many agencies have specific application guidelines for their employees. At the end of each session, participants will have action items they will need to complete before the collective reconvenes. id=\"h-establishing-priorities\">Establishing Priorities<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyze your agency\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/bestplacestowork.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Best Places to Work in the Federal Government\u00ae rankings<\/a> and what they say about your workforce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determine priority areas and goals you will work to address over the course of the program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discuss strategies for gaining buy-in on your priorities from senior leaders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column
