Federal Human Capital Collaborative<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The Federal Human Capital Collaborative is a problem-solving community of agency human capital leaders that seeks to transform the way government works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For 15 years, Collaborative member agencies have come together to address the problems of federal human capital management.\u202fWorking on these issues collectively is not only better than facing them alone\u2014it is necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Membership includes exclusive access to the Emerging HR Leaders (EHRL) program<\/a> for leaders at the GS-9 to GS-12 level, plus bonus eLearning and convening opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
